Volker Haucke

Volker Haucke serves as a Special Professor at Freie Universität Berlin within the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry (part of the Department of Biology, Chemistry, and Pharmacy), where he leads research in the Department of Molecular Pharmacology and Cell Biology. Concurrently, he holds a prominent position as Group Leader at the Leibniz Research Institute for Molecular Pharmacology (FMP) in Berlin, an institution affiliated with the Forschungsverbund Berlin e.V. and the Leibniz Association, located on Campus Berlin-Buch at Robert-Roessle-Str. 10.

His research centers on molecular pharmacology and cell biology with emphasis on membrane trafficking mechanisms, cellular pharmacology, and biochemical processes at the molecular level.
