Vishnu Prabhu is an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida, affiliated with the School of Modeling, Simulation and Training. His research focuses on data-driven decision-making in healthcare, health systems modeling, and IoT solutions to improve patient, clinician, and system outcomes. He previously served as an Assistant Professor at UNC Charlotte.
Prabhu employs simulation and stochastic modeling to tackle public health challenges such as Emergency Department Crowding and Healthcare-Acquired Infections.
