Virginia (Ginny) Lane is an Assistant Professor at the University of Idaho, affiliated with the Margaret Ritchie School of Family and Consumer Sciences within the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. Her research focuses on community and global nutrition, food security risks in vulnerable populations, chronic disease determinants, and multidisciplinary approaches to complex issues. She teaches courses such as Global Nutrition and Applied Community Nutrition.
