Violeta Tomašević is a Professor at Singidunum University, Faculty of Informatics and Computing. Her research focuses on cryptography, cybersecurity, educational technology, and data analysis. She holds a Doctorate in Cryptanalysis from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade (2005), and has extensive experience in software development for educational and security applications. Her work includes designing anti-plagiarism systems, optimizing RFID protocols, and developing tools for student progress analysis using machine learning. She has authored multiple textbooks on computer architecture and programming, and her contributions span over 50 peer-reviewed articles and conference papers.
