Vincent Hutchings is a Professor of Political Science and Afroamerican and African Studies at the University of Michigan, where he holds the Diversity and Social Transformation Professor and Hanes Walton, Jr. Collegiate Professor titles. He is affiliated with the Center for Political Studies and serves as Principal Investigator for the American National Election Study (2012 cycle).
