Vincent Delgado serves as Director of the MSU/RCAH Program on Sustainability in Costa Rica and has held roles such as former MSU Associate Dean for Civic Engagement. He is co-founder of the Refugee Development Center and past co-chair of the Power of We Consortium. Fluent in Spanish, he combines academic leadership with humanitarian work.
