Vincent Couture

Vincent Couture, PhD (he/him), is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences, Université Laval, and a regular researcher at the Centre de recherche du CHU de Québec – Université Laval. His work bridges conceptual and empirical approaches to bioethics, focusing on perinatal health, sex/gender issues, and population aging.

His research explores ethical dilemmas arising from advanced paternal age in medically assisted reproduction, aiming to inform policy development for emerging challenges in perinatal health. He contributes to the DRIFTS/DÉRIVES project under the Canada Research Chair in Third-Party Reproduction and Family Ties program.
