Vikramaditya S. Khanna is the William W. Cook Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School and faculty co-director of the Joint Centre for Global Corporate and Financial Law and Policy with India's Jindal Global Law School. He holds an S.J.D. from Harvard Law School.
