Jennifer Taub is a Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School, where she teaches Civil Procedure, Corporations, and White Collar Crime. Previously, she held tenured positions at Vermont Law School and Western New England University School of Law. Her research focuses on corporate governance, financial market regulation, and white collar crime. She has authored influential books including Big Dirty Money and Other People’s Houses, which examine systemic financial failures and corporate accountability.
Her education includes a J.D. from Harvard Law School (cum laude) and a B.A. in English from Yale University (cum laude, with distinction).
