Vijay Shankar

Vijay Shankar is a Biostatistician/Staff Scientist at the Department of Genetics and Biochemistry, Clemson University. His research focuses on genetics, biochemistry, and biostatistics, with a strong emphasis on Drosophila models, genomic analysis, and microbial ecology. He has published extensively on topics such as toxicogenomics, transcriptome modulation, and gene expression in stress-related conditions.
