Vijay Chatoorgoon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Manitoba, affiliated with the Price Faculty of Engineering.
- Education: Ph.D. (1978) and M.S. (1973) in Aerospace Engineering from the Institute For Aerospace Studies, University of Toronto, and California Institute of Technology respectively; B.Sc. (Hons, 1st Class) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Manchester (1972).
Research Interests include Supercritical Flow Stability, Acoustic Wave Propagation, and Compressible Flow, with expertise in experimental and numerical analysis of flow dynamics and heat transfer.
