Viddy Ranawijaya is a Research Associate and Doctoral Student at the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, University of Erfurt. He contributes to the Politics and the Future of Work in Middle-Income Countries (PolDigWork) research project under the supervision of Prof. Achim Kemmerling, the Gerhard Haniel Professor for Public Policy and International Development.

- Higher education regionalism in Southeast Asia
- Comparative law and policy for inclusive school systems (Czech Republic/Slovakia, Roma youth)
- Society and culture dynamics
- Professional Background:
Complements his academic work with professional experience in non-governmental organizations and research think tanks, both as a full-time professional and through internships.
