Priscilla Boatemaa Appiah

Priscilla Boatemaa Appiah is a Research Associate at the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, University of Erfurt, holding the Aletta Haniel Professorship for Public Policy and Entrepreneurship. She is also the Founder & CEO of Education 360, a center focused on holistic instruction and innovative learning. Her expertise spans social innovation ecosystems in Ghana and Germany, with a focus on policy entrepreneurship and non-profit management.

• Education: MPP from Willy Brandt School; BA in Social Work & Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
• Professional Roles: Former Head of Training in Education Leadership, Start-up Manager, and Consultant for African Curriculum Association/NaCCA (Ghana)

Research interests include the intersection of social innovation, innovation management, and policy entrepreneurship. Recognized for social justice work through Germany-based awards. Teaches in the Social Entrepreneurship and Non-Profit Management specialization at Brandt School.

Actively involved in well-being coaching and dual role as researcher/practitioner in Ghana-Germany social innovation networks.
