Vid Simoniti is a Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Liverpool, where they serve as Director of the MA Art, Aesthetics and Cultural Institutions program. Holding a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford (2015) and a former Jeffrey Rubinoff Junior Research Fellow at Churchill College, Cambridge (2018), their academic career bridges aesthetics, contemporary art theory, and political philosophy. The MA program they direct uniquely integrates philosophically-informed critique with curatorial practice and art-making.
