Dr. Victoria Udalova is an Adjunct Affiliate and Principal Economist serving as Director of the Enhancing Health Data (EHealth) Program at the U.S. Census Bureau. She previously held roles as Senior Economist at the White House Council of Economic Advisers (June 2022–June 2023) and economist at Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin in 2015.

Research Focus: Improving health outcome measurement through data integration, quantifying healthcare provider characteristics, and advancing healthcare policy analysis.
