Victoria Seeger

Dr. Victoria Seeger is an Assistant Professor at Northwest Missouri State University, teaching in the MSEd. in Curriculum & Instruction program. She brings extensive experience from her 10-year career as a public school educator and literacy coach, having worked with grades 3-6 students and mentored teacher candidates. Her educational background includes a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, Literacy from Kansas State University and an MEd from Washburn University.

Her research focuses on curriculum development, literacy education, and innovative digital teaching methodologies. She emphasizes building learning communities in online environments and explores strategies for effective digital pedagogy and ethical technology use.

Her recent work examines trends in digital education, particularly how educators can leverage technology to enhance creative problem-solving and collaborative learning in 21st-century educational settings.

Dr. Seeger received the National Board Certification in Literacy for her excellence in teaching practice. She actively mentors educators and develops professional learning initiatives to improve student outcomes.
