Dr Victoria Habermehl is a Lecturer in Urban Studies and International Development at the School of Geography and Planning, University of Sheffield. Her work bridges social justice, urban political economy, and feminist approaches to knowledge production in Majority/Minority world contexts.

Her research advances three interrelated themes: Urban Economies (popular economies, contested territories), Urban Knowledge Politics (feminist and everyday practices), and Critical Development Approaches (creative methods). Her recent publications examine density dialectics, sanitation governance, and territorial organizing in London and Buenos Aires.
She contributes to teaching modules including Urban Theory, Global Development History, Knowledges and Power, and Professional Skills for International Development.
