Victoria Christman is a Professor of History and Director of the Center for Global Learning at Luther College. She has been affiliated with the History and International Studies Department since 2005, specializing in early modern European history with focuses on the Low Countries, Reformation, and Inquisition. Her teaching includes advanced European history seminars and interdisciplinary global studies courses.

Research & Teaching: Dr. Christman’s research explores early modern Europe’s religious and political transformations. She teaches courses such as 'Topics in European History' (HIST 351), 'Junior/Senior Seminar' (HIST 485), and the interdisciplinary 'International Studies Seminar' (IS 485). She also contributes to Luther College’s Paideia program, addressing enduring questions through a liberal arts lens.
Affiliations: As Director of the Center for Global Learning, she oversees initiatives promoting international education and global citizenship.
