Victor Martinovich

Victor Martinovich is an Associate Professor at the Academic Department of Humanities and Arts, European Humanities University. He holds a PhD in Art Criticism from Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts (2008). His work focuses on Russian avant-garde history, media theory, and the intellectual traditions of Europe, particularly Saint Petersburg. Recent activities include participating in the Erasmus+ exchange at Notre Dame University (2023) and curating the event 'Marathon “Location: Museum”' (2021).

Research emphasizes the mediatisation of arts, with special attention to Vitebsk's avant-garde movement.
