Victor Hansen

Victor Hansen is a Lecturer in the Department of Norwegian for International Students at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Institute of Linguistic and Nordic Studies. His research focuses on Medieval Scandinavian legal texts and their linguistic and cultural contexts. He contributed to the volume *Sport und Spiel bei den Germanen* with an analysis of dual narratives in medieval Scandinavian legal texts. His work bridges legal history, linguistics, and cultural studies.

He is part of the research group *Språk og didaktikk i en andrespråkskontekst (SODA)*, exploring language pedagogy in foreign language contexts. He teaches courses on Norwegian for international students and maintains an office at HW 314, reachable by appointment.
