Vicki Kavadas is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychology within the Faculty of Health at Deakin University. She serves as the Course Director for the Master of Psychology (Organisational) program since December 2022. With over 10 years of experience in both practice and academia, she is an endorsed organisational psychologist and an Ahpra Board Approved Supervisor.

Vicki's research focuses on critical aspects of workplace psychology, with particular emphasis on leadership, dark personality traits, immoral tendencies, workplace deviance, bullying, and employee wellbeing. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications to address contemporary organizational challenges.
Her recent publications demonstrate a strong focus on environmental sustainability within organizational contexts, workplace wellbeing, and clinical training environments. These works reflect her commitment to advancing knowledge in organizational psychology through rigorous empirical research.
