**Vibhuti Dave**, an Associate Professor at the Université de Montréal, is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine and the Department of Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, and Immunology. Her research focuses on T-cell development, particularly the role of the CD3 receptor and TCR signaling in T-cell lineage fate determination. She has supervised doctoral and master’s students in immunology and regenerative medicine.
Research Projects:
- 2021–2027: Leading a project on personalized cancer immunotherapy using minor histocompatibility antigens (funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research).
- 2015–2022: Co-investigator in MSC-induced tissue regeneration studies for glaucoma therapy (funded by CIHR).
- 2019–2020: Directed a MITACS-funded project optimizing GMP-compliant cell manufacturing processes.
Expertise & Grants: Her expertise spans immunodeficiencies, immunotherapy, cell signaling, and vaccine development. She has secured grants totaling over CAD 2M, focusing on translational immunology and regenerative therapies.
Labs & Teams: Active in the IRCM (Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal), collaborating on T-cell biology and mesenchymal stromal cell applications. Her lab integrates molecular biology, cell therapy, and clinical translation.
