Vera Negri is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Statistical Sciences 'Paolo Fortunati' of the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna. She previously held academic roles as Full Professor at the University of Bologna and taught at the University of Trieste (1975-1979), Florence (1979-1987), Bologna (1987-1990), and Cassino (1990-1993). Additionally, she has been a Visiting Professor of European Economic History at the Johns Hopkins University Bologna Centre since 1973.
