Varouj Aivazian is a Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Toronto. His research focuses on financial economics, law and economics, corporate finance, and capital structure. He holds a Ph.D. (Ohio State, 1975), M.A. (Ohio State, 1973), and B.Sc. (MIT, 1968).
