Vanja RADOSAVLJEVIC is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Organisations at Rennes School of Business. They hold a Ph.D. in Psychology (2020) and an MA in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (2011), both from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. Their research focuses on counterproductive work behavior, work motivation, personality dynamics, and business ethics. RADOSAVLJEVIC has been with Rennes School of Business since 2020, serving as an Adjunct Faculty Member (2020–2022) before transitioning to their current role in 2023.
Before joining academia full-time, they worked as a Research Analyst at Ninamedia (2014–2020) and held teaching roles at the Faculty of Sport and Tourism TIMS and Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad (2011–2015).
