Dr. Vanessa Dizinger serves as a Scientific Associate in the Research Methods working group (AG 12) within the Faculty of Education at Bielefeld University. She provides specialized consulting for empirical projects and qualification theses, focusing on research methodology and data protection compliance.
Her research examines teacher stress mechanisms, health impacts on educators, and interprofessional collaboration dynamics within school environments. Dr. Dizinger's work bridges theoretical educational psychology with practical applications in all-day school systems, investigating how organizational structures affect teacher well-being and performance.
