Prof. Vally Koubi is a Professor at ETH Zurich (Switzerland) and the University of Bern, specializing in the social consequences of climate change, environmental policy, and international cooperation. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester and has taught at institutions in the U.S., Belgium, and Switzerland. As former Director of ETH Zurich's Center for Comparative and International Studies (CIS), she contributes to the UN Geneva Science-Policy Platform and MedECC reports.
