Dr. Manuel Fischer is a Professor of Political Science at the University of Bern and Group Leader/Head of the Policy Analysis and Environmental Governance (PEGO) Group at Eawag, part of the Swiss ETH Domain. He specializes in governance systems, decision-making processes, and political networks in environmental and water policy contexts.
