Valerie Klein is an Associate Clinical Professor and Program Director for Teacher Education programs at Drexel University. She holds a PhD and MA from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Her research concentrates on mathematics education, online professional development models, and improving teacher feedback through technology-enhanced approaches.
Her collaborative work examines how educators analyze student thinking and provide effective feedback, developing frameworks for online professional communities. She co-developed the EnCoMPASS project that supports teachers' examination of student work using digital tools.
