Valentina Volpi is a Visiting Professor of 'Social Innovation and Transformation Design' at Link Campus University in Rome, where she teaches in the Master's Degree program in 'Communication Technologies and Languages'. She specializes in Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Co-design methodologies, with a focus on Smart Cities and Urban Spaces. Her research explores UX/Service Design, Social Innovation, and the integration of technology in public services.
