Vajra M. Watson

Dr. Vajra M. Watson serves as the Dean of the School of Education at the University of Redlands and as a Professor of Educational Leadership and Racial Justice at Sacramento State University. Her work focuses on transforming educational systems through equity-centered practices, bridging spirituality, activism, and pedagogy. She has previously held leadership roles, including Senior Associate Vice President at Sacramento State University, where she advanced academic planning and cross-sector collaboration.
