Ute Höper

Prof. Dr. Ute Höper is a Professor of Marketing in Nutrition and Agricultural Economics at the Department 1 - Agriculture, Ecotrophology, and Landscape Development, Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Bernburg. She holds a degree in Economics from Georg-August-University Göttingen and Agricultural Economics from Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel.

Her research focuses on analyzing regional and cross-regional value chains, optimizing logistics through innovative technologies, and marketing strategies in agribusiness. She has worked at the Bundesanstalt für Milchforschung (Institute for Economics of Food Economy) in Kiel, specializing in industrial economics and logistics.

Since 2007, she has been actively involved in academic leadership roles, advising degree programs such as Agricultural Management (Career-Integrated Program), Master of Business Administration, and coordinating internships for Food and Agribusiness, Landscape Architecture, and Ecotrophology programs.

Prof. Höper is based at the Administrative Building (Geb. 10), Room 225, Strenzfelder Allee 28, 06406 Bernburg.
