Trevor Sears

Prof. Trevor Sears is a Professor of Landscape Architecture at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, part of the Department of Agriculture, Ecotrophology, and Landscape Development. He holds degrees in Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph and Environmental Planning from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. With extensive professional experience as a project and team leader in landscape architecture firms, he has managed national and international projects. Since April 2021, he has held the acting professorship for Landscape Architecture. He has taught in the university's international Master's program in Landscape Architecture since 2010 and mentors early-career professionals. His research focuses on sustainable landscape planning and design, integrating theoretical and practical approaches.
