Prof. Dr. Christoph Wiedmer is a Professor in the Department of Agriculture, Ecotrophology, and Landscape Development at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. His research focuses on environmental pollutants in consumer products, particularly the skin sensitization risks posed by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in children's toys. He has published in Contact Dermatitis, analyzing PAH mixture effects using the Keap1-Nrf2-ARE pathway. His academic responsibilities include food education (Lebensmittellehre).
