Urwana Coiquaud is a Professor at HEC Montréal's Department of Human Resources Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations from the University of Montréal and a Doctorate in Law from Aix-Marseille III. Her expertise focuses on Labour Law, Comparative Labour Law, and International Labour Law with particular emphasis on gig economy regulation and platform work dynamics.
