Urszula Roman-Kamphaus

Dr. Urszula Roman-Kamphaus is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Marketing at the University of Strathclyde's Strathclyde Business School. She holds a PhD from the University of the West of Scotland and has held academic roles at Edinburgh Napier University and the University of the West of Scotland. Her expertise spans cross-border strategic management, cross-cultural buyer behavior, and strategic marketing education. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (2020) and has led research projects on EU cross-border funds and small business failure analysis.
