Urszula Lagowska

Urszula Lagowska is an Associate Professor at the Département Personnes et organisations within NEOMA Business School. She holds a PhD in Management from FGV-EBAPE in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her teaching focuses on leadership seminars, management, organizational behavior, negotiation, and conflict resolution across undergraduate and graduate programs. Her research explores post-heroic leadership forms, identity processes in organizations, and the impact of leadership structures on team performance and outcomes. Key research areas include leadership in crises, public administration, and the effects of leadership styles on organizational dynamics.
