Urs Lindner is a German philosopher affiliated with the Centre for Global Cooperation Research at the University of Duisburg-Essen. His work spans political philosophy, philosophy of social sciences, and social theory, with a focus on memory politics, racism, antisemitism, colonialism, egalitarianism, and affirmative action. Currently based in San José, Costa Rica, he coordinates a research lab on memory politics and holds a venia legendi (habilitation) in philosophy from the University of Erfurt.
