Dr. Umesh Sankpal is a Research Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of North Texas Health Science Center. His research focuses on developing anti-cancer therapies targeting transcription factors (e.g., Specificity Protein family) and IAP proteins, alongside investigating racial disparities in breast cancer biology.
