Umesh Sankpal

Dr. Umesh Sankpal is a Research Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of North Texas Health Science Center. His research focuses on developing anti-cancer therapies targeting transcription factors (e.g., Specificity Protein family) and IAP proteins, alongside investigating racial disparities in breast cancer biology. His laboratory explores compounds that synergize with standard treatments to enhance efficacy.
