Dr Uma Maniam is a Teaching Fellow in TESOL at the School of Education, University of Leeds. With nearly 19 years of experience in Malaysian secondary schools and higher education institutions, she specializes in educational leadership, teacher education, bilingualism, and English language teaching methodologies.
