Ulrich Trautwein

Ulrich Trautwein is a Professor at the University of Tübingen, where he leads the Hector Institute for Empirical Educational Research and co-directs the LEAD Graduate School & Research Network. His work focuses on motivation, self-regulation, personality development, and teaching quality in educational contexts.
