Prof. Dr. med. Ulf Rapp is a German academic and faculty member currently serving as Professor of Molecular Cell Biology and Director of the Institute for Medical Radiation Science and Cell Research (MSZ) at the University of Würzburg since 1993. He has held leadership roles at prominent institutions including the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in the USA, where he led the Viral Pathology Section (1979-1994) and directed a laboratory (1975-1979). Additional affiliations include adjunct professorship at George Washington University (1984-1994).
