Udo Wolfgang Becker

Prof. Dr. iur. Udo Wolfgang Becker is a Professor at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, holding the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Economic Law with European References. He serves as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and has contributed extensively to insolvency and corporate law through monographs, textbook editions, and legal commentary.
