Udathara Damsari

Udathara Damsari is a Lecturer in the Department of Facilities Management at University of Moratuwa and Research Assistant for the TRANSCEND project. She holds BSc and MSc degrees in Facilities Management from University of Moratuwa. Her research examines risk-sensitive approaches to urban development under climate change pressures.

TRANSCEND project contributions center on Work Package 02 (Engagement of Vulnerable Communities) and Work Package 03 (Collaborative Foresight Platform). Published research assesses risk-sensitive urban development frameworks in disaster-prone regions, with ongoing journal articles examining disaster resilience characteristics and agile methodologies for community development.
