Udambor Bumandalai

Udambor Bumandalai is an Associate Professor at Snow College with over fifteen years of ESL and EFL teaching experience in Mongolia and the USA. She holds an M.A. in TESOL from Brigham Young University, a B.A. in Linguistics with TESOL minor from Brigham Young University, and a Bachelor Degree in English—Russian Teaching and Translation from Oyu Foreign Language College.

Her research explores:

• ESL/EFL teacher training methodologies
• Development of listening/speaking skills
• Cultural pedagogy in language education
• Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL)
• Non-Native English Speaking Teachers (NNEST) issues

She actively contributes to professional organizations including TESOL and Intermountain-TESOL. Personal interests include reading, jogging, and hiking.
