Tristan Lay

Dr Tristan Lay is a Lecturer in German Studies and Director of the Diploma of Language Studies at the University of Sydney. He holds a PhD (2004) and MA (2002) in Applied Linguistics from Ruhr University Bochum, Germany. His academic work bridges German as a Foreign Language (GFL), Applied Linguistics, and Educational Linguistics, with a focus on cross-cultural and comparative perspectives in language teaching and learning.
