Tristan Cummings is a College Assistant Professor at St Catharine's College, affiliated with the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge. His research focuses on family law, children's rights, equality, and the intersection of legal theory with practical applications. He has contributed to debates on compensation in divorce cases, systems theory in family law, and religious marriage law reforms. His work frequently engages with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) and interdisciplinary approaches to legal challenges.
