Dr. Forbes is a Research Fellow in Psychology at Queen's University Belfast, focusing on mental health support systems. She leads the Carers-ID programme developing interventions for family caregivers of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Her PAINT project examines arts-based therapies in renal care across international healthcare settings.
