Trevor Hubbard

Trevor Hubbard serves as Lecturer in Real Estate at the University of San Diego's Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate and Senior Review Appraiser for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, where he co-manages appraisal requirements for their multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio.

His educational credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.

Research focuses on environmental protection, ground leases, and governmental policy, with scholarly contributions extending to eminent domain, title defects, arbitration, mediation, contamination, taxation, estates, and diminution in value. His legislative impact includes architecting California Assembly Bill 1888 (AB-1888) mandating real estate disclosure requirements.
