Trevor Dube

Trevor Dube is a freshwater ecologist affiliated with the School of Life and Medical Sciences at the University of Hertfordshire. His research focuses on aquatic ecological systems, emphasizing biomonitoring, conservation, and responses to anthropogenic disturbances.

• Education: PhD in Biology (Conservation of floodplain pans, KU Leuven, 2013-2017), MSc in Aquatic Ecology (University of Zimbabwe, 2007-2008), and Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Education (2017-2018).

His research interests span aquatic biomonitoring, wetland/lake/river ecology, ponds conservation, trophic ecology, and invertebrate taxonomy. His work examines how environmental disturbances affect freshwater ecosystems, particularly in tropical and subtropical regions.
